Automatic winding tension controller with diameter detection PCA-110A The PCA-110A controls the torque of electromagnetic powder clutches/brakes, maintaining constant tension during winding/unwinding despite diameter variation. The diameter of the material roll is automatically calculated using a signal from a proximity switch attached to the roll shaft of the material and a pulse encoder attached to the pinch roll measuring from the midpoint of the material. The torque of the electromagnetic powder clutch/brake is varied according to the increase/decrease of the material so that recalibration is not required even if the material is changed. |

Features
| Simple microcomputer control
Recalibration is not required if the material is changed as the roll diameter is automatically calculated using an integrated microcomputer.
| Inertia compensation
If winding is stopped in the middle point or at the end of the material, an inertia compensation voltage is provided to stop the line smoothly.
| Electronic gear system
An electronic gear system is used to set the roll diameter, preventing diameter restrictions. Through our placement of the pulse encoder, the equipment can be used without any additional stress on the existing line.
